Create a Saved Search

Navigate to your contacts.

Add a new contact (if they're not already in your contacts) or open up an existing contact's page to view their menu.

Click the IDX button and select 'Create New Lead'.

After the lead is created, you will be redirected to your IDX tools menu.

Click on the client's profile or name and select 'Create Saved Search'.

Enter a name for the search, for example "Amesbury houses".

Select the desired search criteria.

Be sure to check the 'Receive Updates' checkbox.

Enter the client's search criteria and click 'Create Saved Search'. The client will now receive automatic email updates whenever there's a new property that meets their search criteria.
