Launch Facebook and Instagram ads for your listings

  1. Initial Setup:

Click manage ads on your left sidebar, then launch a new campaign and select "Facebook" for both Facebook and Instagram ads.

Choose "real estate listings."

  1. Ad Customization:

- Select a template

- Enter custom values: date, start time, address, city/state, beds, baths, and square footage etc. (different templates may have different custom values)

- Add the listing link (from AM Connect or other integrations).

- Set a daily budget for the ad.

- Adjust ad radius if necessary through "Optional Information" and "Location" settings.

- Determine a daily budget (recommended $5 to $25).

  1. Location Targeting:

Adjust location targeting under "optional info" if your listing is not in the same town as your business.

  1. Media Addition:

    - Customize ad images and text using the provided Canva template links.

    - Upload the customized Canva images to the ad.

  2. Launching the Ad:

    - Preview and adjust the ad text.

    - Click "Launch" to create the ad in Facebook.

  3. Final Steps for Lead Form Ads:

    - Configure Facebook form fields mapping in AM Connect for data attribution. (settings > integrations > Facebook form fields mapping)

    - Set up automation in AM Connect for actions upon lead entry. (automation > 11.1 Facebook listing lead forms > duplicate the workflow for Facebook listing lead forms > Customize each step with label to customize including the client facing email body with the address and tag clicking save each time you update.)

    - Define the workflow trigger to be the specific lead form ad. Toggle publish and click save
