Launch Facebook and Instagram ads for your open houses to get more attention online.

Initial Setup:
Click manage ads on your left side bar, then launch a new campaign and select "Facebook" for both Facebook and Instagram ads.
Choose "real estate listings" and then "open house ads."
Ad Customization:
Use the open house template.
Enter custom values: date, start time, address, city/state, beds, baths, and square footage.
Choose ad type: Lead Form (collects contact info and sends automated messages) or Landing Page (directs to a website without data capture).
Ad Details:
Set the end date (minimum of three days after creation - if your open house is sooner, remember to turn off the ad in your dashboard after your open house).
Determine a daily budget (recommended $5 to $25).
Website and Radius Setup:
Insert the listing website URL.
Define the ad radius for targeted visibility.
Location Targeting:
Adjust location targeting under "optional info" if your listing is not in the same town as your business.
Media Addition:
Customize ad images using the provided Canva template links.
Update images and text if needed to make them relevant to the listing.
Launching the Ad:
Upload the customized Canva images to the ad.
Preview and adjust the ad text.
If using a Landing Page, attach a Facebook pixel for tracking.
Final Steps for Lead Form Ads:
-Configure Facebook form fields mapping in AM Connect for data attribution. (settings > integrations > Facebook form fields mapping)
-Set up automation in AM Connect for actions upon lead entry. (automation > 11.1 Facebook listing lead forms > duplicate and select open house workflow > Customize each step with label to customize including the client facing email body with the address)
-Define the workflow trigger to be the specific lead form ad. Toggle publish and click save
